Jean Skirts, Anyone?
Does anyone else out there have such a hard time finding cute, modest, long jean skirts for your girls? Or for yourself? I sure do. Recently a friend challenged me to try making my own. I was not too convinced that I could, But I decided to try. And finding some cute pieces to work with at Goodwill for $0.25 a piece made it more fun to try. =)

They are cute, but somehow I wonder if they are really modest...you know modesty is more than a long skirt. I know I am being very honest but I hope you will still love me in spite of that. I especially wonder about the one with the red insert....is it my imagination or is it a bit suggestive? I wouldn't want men's eyes to follow those lines on myself or my daughters. I feel we could cause someone to stumble if we aren't careful.

wow!!! Vernon and Kim are you serious??? What would you rather wear??? I find this comment well to WOW me!!!! Did God NOT make the color red??? Would you rather it be ALL red??? Or maybe we could just all wear black long sleeves and long black skirts then would we be motest?? Not trying to be nasty but I have yet to understand this concept of thinking. To me being modest is MUCH more then what I wear!!! Its my attitude my heart my speech and so forth.
